A criminal complaint alleges a Fox Crossing murder victim was stabbed 70-times. Phillip Dellar is charged in Winnebago County Court with First Degree Intentional Homicide. Dellar is accused of stabbing Leianna Mule to death in a Fox Crossing apartment back on July 25th. Dellar initially told police that an intruder broke into the unit and attacked Mule. A review of surveillance video showed no one enter the apartment complex that matched the description Dellar provided. He is being held on a half-million dollars cash bond.
