A Fond du Lac man is accused of voting illegally in the Presidential election. Donald Holz is facing one count of Voting as a Disqualified Person. According to the criminal complaint, Holz cast a ballot in the November 2020 election despite being a felon that was still on probation for sixth offense drunk driving. State law prohibits felons from voting until they have completed all the terms of their sentence. The complaint does not specify if Holz voted in person or by absentee ballot.
