A woman is attacked along the East River Trail in De Pere.
Police say the victim was walking with an infant along the trail near Ten Mile and Black Earth drives sometime before 11:30 this (Tuesday) morning.
Captain Jeremy Muraski says that when the woman did not return home, her husband went looking for her and found the baby by itself.
Police found the victim about forty yards away. Her condition is not being released.
Investigators believe that she was attacked by a single assailant. No description of the attacker has been provided.
