Brown County prosecutors file charges against a teenager accused of attacking a woman along the East River Trail in De Pere. Miles Cruz is facing counts of Attempted First Degree Intentional Homicide, First Degree Sexual Assault, Kidnapping, and Strangulation. Cruz allegedly assaulted the woman as she walked along the trail with a baby on October 4th. He remains in the Brown County Jail on a million dollars cash bond.
