The Oshkosh School District will lift its mask mandate for students and staff on January 15th. Superintendent Brian Davis says the rate of vaccination in the district makes him comfortable with going to masks optional. A mask requirement would be reinstated for any class in elementary schools with an active COVID case–and at an entire middle or high school if the case load reaches two percent of the school population.
