The Menasha Police Department says 20-year-old Lily Bartow has been located and is safe. She was last seen wearing pajamas and likely carrying a black duffel bag with orange trim, a blanket and two stuffed owls. Lily Bartow has shorter than shoulder-length brown hair and brown eyes.
