Military reinforcements help Bellin Health battle COVID-19

Reinforcements have arrived at Bellin Health to help with coronavirus challenges. President and CEO Chris Woleske says U.S. Navy Medical personnel are now on the job.

Chief Nursing Officer Laura Hieb says the 23 navy medical personal bring the skills they share with Bellin staff, who’ve been on the front lines in the battle against COVID-19 and it’s variants.  U.S. Navy Captain John Callahan says this is the type of mission he and his colleagues are glad to undertake.

Captain Callahan and the 22 other U.S. Navy medical professionals will work at Bellin Health over the next 30-days.
