A federal judge is set to close the bankruptcy case involving the promoters of Country and Rock U-S-A in Oshkosh. Hypervibe Incorporated of Neenah shut down operations in the fall of 2020 after canceling both of that year’s festivals due to the pandemic. Hypervibe had debts totaling $4.5-million–with assets of just $708,000. In closing the case, the executor notes that they were unable to provide refunds to several hundred people totaling more than $8300.
