The Winnebago County Sheriff’s Department is asking for help identifying a location where someone was using a hidden camera to film people who were changing clothes. As part of an investigation, detectives have uncovered photos that were taken of people that were unaware they were being observed. The changing or dressing room is believed to be at a community pool, aquatic center, campsite, or water park somewhere in Wisconsin or the Upper Peninsula of Michigan–as the people are wearing swimsuits.
