A key step is taken in the development of the proposed Green Bay Public Market. On Broadway Incorporation announces the purchase of Old Fort Square on North Broadway. The deal was closed on April 1st. The redevelopment of Old Fort Square into the public market is part of a $10-million project that will also include an apartment development and structured parking. On Broadway will now work with current Old Fort Square tenants to find new locations for their businesses.
