(APPLETON, WI)–Patients at ThedaCare hospitals are now able to get treatments and prescription medicines or home care products at the same location.
The health care provider is expanding pharmacy services at five medical centers. The goal is to reduce readmissions by providing one-stop health care services.
Joshua Prostek, the Director of Retail Pharmacy and the ThedaCare 340B Program, says the one-stop approach will be a new concept for some communities.
