MANITOWOC, Wis. — A man is arrested after allegedly breaking into a Manitowoc home.
It happened early Tuesday morning in the 2000 block of Johnston Drive.
Police say they received a call from the home stating that there was a man known to the caller who had a gun and was trying to break in. Officers arrived to hear gunshots from outside the home. The Manitowoc County SWAT Team was called and helped remove everyone from the home.
The man, a 32-year-old from Manitowoc, was eventually taken into custody. He was arrested on charges of Recklessly Endangering Safety and Domestic Violence.
No one was hurt.
