APPLETON, WI — A long-time employee of the Appleton City Assessors office is now leading that department.
Matthew Tooke was appointed City Assessor by a unanimous vote at Wednesday’s Common Council meeting. Tooke joined the city in 2006 as City Property Assessor.
Prior to that, he worked several years in the assessor’s office for the City of Sun Prairie.
