MANITOWOC, WI — A middle school teacher from Manitowoc is arrested for secretly taking photographs of female students.
36-year-old Gregory Melin, a teacher at Roncalli Middle School, was arrested Wednesday in Sheboygan. Police found inappropriate photos of students taken in a classroom over several months. Investigators say they’ve identified at least three female students whose pictures were taken without their knowledge.
Melin is being held in the Sheboygan County Jail. He has not yet been charged in Manitowoc County though police are requesting charges of representations depicting nudity and disorderly conduct. Parents or anyone with information on this case is asked to contact the Manitowoc Police Department.
