NEW LONDON, Wis. — Gov. Tony Evers hopes to provide the Appleton Boy Scouts aboard the Amtrak train that derailed in Missouri this week with some type of state honor for their rescue efforts. He hinted at an honor during a visit to New London:
The Scouts broke windows, helped people off the train and tried to save the life of one of the victims.
