OSHKOSH, Wis–The Winnebago County Sheriff’s Department has tracked down all of the people riding on a powerboat that collided with a paddle-wheeler in the Fox River last weekend in Oshkosh. Charges are still pending against the boat’s owner, Jason Lindemann, who is free on $10,000 cash bond. Lindemann allegedly struck the On the Loos Cruise boat and then fled the scene.
Lindemann did not contact investigators until Monday, and those on-board with him were not contacted until Thursday. Investigators are still trying to interview all of the passengers on the Loos Cruise, so the investigation continues.
