The Oshkosh Arena is at risk of losing its liquor license. The Oshkosh Common Council agenda features an item calling for the setting of a hearing date to revoke the license issued to Fox Valley Pro Basketball, the owner of the facility. Council member Michael Ford tells Jonathan Krause on Krause and Company that while he has not been provided with all the details, there are few reasons the city can revoke a liquor license…………….
Fox Valley Pro Basketball had failed to pay utilities and property taxes to the city before it went into bankruptcy re-organization in 2020.
