APPLETON, Wis–Criminal charges are filed in connection with an alleged attack on a woman in an Appleton alley. Steven Huss is charged in Outagamie County Court with Robbery by the Use of Force, Battery, and Disorderly Conduct.
Huss allegedly drove his truck up to the woman in the Kimball Alley on July 29th and started yelling at her. When the woman started filming the encounter with her cellphone, Huss reportedly got out of the truck, grabbed her by the head, and threw her to the ground before taking her phone and driving off.
He faces up to 15-years in prison if convicted.
