NEW LONDON, Wis. — Nine people are hospitalized after a transit van struck a parked truck in New London Wednesday morning.
New London police were called to the crash scene on County Highway S near State Highway 54 at 10:33 a.m.
Police say the van was driving north on County Highway S when the driver crossed the center line, went into a ditch and hit a truck in a parking lot.
All nine van occupants were taken to hospitals in New London and Neenah. Police say their injuries do not appear to be life-threatening and alcohol is not believed to have contributed to the crash.
