FOND DU LAC COUNTY, Wis. — A drunk driving stop in Fond du Lac County nets two arrests.
According to the sheriff’s office, a deputy stopped a vehicle for erratic driving along Interstate 41 around 7:40 a.m. Sunday.
While administering a field sobriety test to the 29-year-old Texas man who was driving, the deputy and the vehicle were nearly struck by a passing car that had not moved over along the highway. Another deputy eventually stopped that car and arrested the 52-year-old Pardeeville man on suspicion of drunk driving.
Criminal charges are pending against both suspects.
