WAUSAU, Wis–An Appleton man is accused of luring a minor for child pornography. Wang Lo is indicted in federal court on charges of Producing Child Porn and Attempted Online Enticement. He is also charged in Marathon County Court with Use of a Computer to Facilitate a Child Sex Crime, Exposure, Child Exploitation, Second Degree Sexual Assault, and Possession of Child Pornography.
According to the criminal complaint and indictment, Lo used the SnapChat app to convince the girl to engage in sexual conduct in October of 2021. He then used a cell phone to produce a video of the victim.
Lo faces up to 50 years in prison if convicted on the federal charges and 148-years behind bars on the state charges.
