GREEN BAY, Wis. — A Green Bay woman accused of killing and dismembering her boyfriend is claiming insanity.
Taylor Schabusiness changes her plea to charges of First Degree Intentional Homicide, Mutilating a Corpse, and Third Degree Sexual Assault to “not guilty by reason of mental disease or defect.”
Schabusiness is accused of choking Shad Thyrion to death during sex, cutting up his body, and hiding pieces around the basement of his mother’s home back in February.
She had been scheduled to stand trial in October, but that has been taken off the court calendar.
