WAUSHARA COUNTY, Wis. — A Wautoma man is facing sixth offense drunk driving charges following a high-speed traffic stop.
The State Patrol says a trooper clocked Billy Jack Houston doing 104 mph along State Highway 21 near Highway 49 north of Berlin around 7:15 p.m. Tuesday.
Houston allegedly failed a field sobriety test. His fifth OWI offense took place in 2013.
Criminal charges are pending.
