OSHKOSH, Wis. — An Oshkosh man is arrested after a lengthy standoff Monday afternoon.
Officers pulled over a car the 39-year-old was riding in after learning that he was a felon who had guns.
The suspect did not cooperate with officers, which led SWAT and Crisis Negotiation teams to respond.
After about 3.5 hours of negotiations, the suspect was taken into custody.
No injuries were reported.
