APPLETON, Wis–A Fremont man is found guilty of driving drunk a 9th time. Allen Mande is convicted in Outagamie County Court on one count of O-W-I 9th Offense.
Mande was arrested following a crash in Dale back in February. He faces up to 16-years in prison when sentenced on December 21st.
