(GREEN BAY, WI) — We now have a partial identity of the victim of a fatal Green Bay hit and run crash. According to our media partner, Action 2 News, the victim is a 17-year-old boy from Fort Lauderdale, Florida. A “GoFundMe” gives the victim’s first name as Cruz. No last name is given. The Green Bay Police Department continues searching for occupants of one of three vehicles involved in that fatal hit and run crash Sunday. The accident took place at the intersection of West Mason Street and Oneida Street around 7:40 PM. Cruz was a passenger in one of the vehicles involved and died as result of injuries suffered in that crash. Green Bay Police say it appears excessive speed may have been a factor in that crash, which led to the closure of West Mason Street for nearly 12 hours. (GREEN BAY, Wis– The Green Bay Police Department is searching for the occupants of one of three vehicles involved in a fatal hit and run crash Sunday. The accident took place at the intersection of West Mason Street and Oneida Street around 7:40 PM.
A 17-year-old Milwaukee boy, who was a passenger in one of the vehicles involved, died as result of injuries suffered in that crash. Green Bay Police say it appears excessive speed may have been a factor in that crash, which led to the closure of West Mason Street for nearly 12 hours.
