OSHKOSH, Wis–The Oshkosh Common Council votes down additional funding to add two new officers to the Police Department’s Vice and Narcotics unit. Deputy Mayor Matt Mugerauer supported the enhancement, saying the city is dealing with increased drug activity.
The vote to add the two narcotics officers failed this week on a four-four vote on the Council floor.
