OSHKOSH, Wis–The Oshkosh Police Department wants to install license plate readers are various points in the city. City Manager Mark Rohloff says the readers are used to track where a vehicle may have traveled during a certain time.
Oshkosh is getting a $124,000 grant to cover the cost of installing the license plate readers. The Common Council will vote on using that grant Wednesday night.
