OSHKOSH, Wis–Oshkosh Police make an arrest following a weapons incident. Officers were called to a residence in the 11-hundred block of Central Street around 12:40 this (Wednesday) afternoon on the report of a domestic disturbance.
A woman claims that a man fired a shot into the ground during an argument in their driveway. He was taken into custody without incident. No one was hurt. Criminal charges are pending.
