MENASHA, Wis–Menasha has a new police chief. The Police Commission recommends the promotion of Lieutenant Nicholas Thorn.
Thorn has been with the Menasha Police Department since 2009, serving as a patrol officer, patrol lieutenant and investigative lieutenant since 2019. He will succeed Chief Timothy Styka, who is retiring on January 3rd.
