APPLETON, Wis–Appleton Mayor Jake Woodford is “rescued” from the Fox River. Woodford volunteered to go into the water as part of the Appleton Fire Department’s ice rescue training this week.
Woodford donned a cold water suit and a helmet for the exercise.
