GREEN BAY, Wis. — A Green Bay woman accused of killing and dismembering a man attacks her attorney in court.
Taylor Schabusiness was in Brown County Court Tuesday morning for a competency hearing when she attacked defense attorney Quinn Jolly. She was quickly wrestled to the ground by a deputy.
The attack came after the judge indicated he was going to delay Schabusiness’ March 6 trial.
According to the criminal complaint, Schabusiness choked Shad Thyrion to death during sex, cut up his body and hid parts around his mother’s home back in February of last year.
Her competency hearing is scheduled to resume on March 6.
Jolly has asked to withdraw from the case.
