TOWN OF SCHLESWIG, Wis. — Fire destroys a home near Kiel.
Crews were called to the home along Highway 57 in the town of Schleswig shortly after 5:30 a.m. Friday on the report of smoke and flames.
Those living at the home were not there at the time. No one was hurt.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
Highways 32 and 57 are expected to remain closed between Highway 67 and Lax Chapel Road until early Friday afternoon.
