UPDATE: Appleton is lifting the Class III Snow Emergency for the City of Appleton as of 5:00 this evening. The previous order was scheduled to end on Friday morning. The current Class III Snow Emergency for the Village of Kimberly is also ending at 5:00 this evening. Until then parking is prohibited on any Village street. Vehicles found in violation will be ticketed and may be towed to allow for safe access for plowing crews and emergency vehicles. As of noon the tow ban in Waupaca County has been canceled.
Below is a list of municipalities and their snow emergencies for the Feb. 21-23 winter storm. A snow emergency means parking is not allowed on streets in order to allow crews to clear snow in a safe and efficient manner.

HOWARD
- Feb. 22 at 5 p.m. to Feb. 24 at 5 a.m.
The Village of Howard has issued a SNOW EMERGENCY, which will be in effect from 5 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 22 through 5 a.m. Friday, Feb. 24.
