APPLETON, Wis. — Tow bans are issued in the WHBY listening area as a major winter storm moves through.
The ban means tow trucks will not be allowed to pull stranded vehicles out of the ditch along roads until the ban is lifted.
In Outagamie County, a tow ban is in place for Interstate 41 and Highway 441.
In Waupaca County, there is a ban for highways 10, 45 and 54.
And in Manitowoc County, a ban is in place for the entire county.
Several municipalities in the WHBY listening area have also declared snow emergencies.
