DE PERE, Wis–A fiery crash involving a semi and a car has shut down a portion of Interstate 41 in De Pere. The crash occurred in the northbound lanes of I-41 just north of the Scheuring Road interchange at 12:30 this (Friday) afternoon.
Photos from the scene show the car partially smashed under the trailer of the semi.
There was a fire that crew extinguished upon arrival on the scene. There is no word on any injuries.
Northbound I-41 is closed at Scheuring Road. Traffic is being detoured at the interchange.
