APPLETON, Wis–The city of Appleton has a new Communication Manager. Andy Anaan will serve as spokesperson for Mayor Jake Woodford and City Hall as a whole.
Anaan had served as Communications Director for the Oconto School District. She replaces Sheng Reichers, who left that position earlier this year.
