GREEN BAY, Wis–Green Bay Police have a suspect in custody in connection with a weekend shooting. Miguel Lavariega is accused of shooting a 19-year old man in a residence along the 13-hundred block of Harvey Street Saturday night. The victim was brought to the hospital by another party.
Police believe Lavariega brought the .22-rifle to the home when it fired accidentally. He is being referred for charges of Reckless Injury and Obstructing an Officer.
