APPLETON, Wis–An Appleton murder suspect says he is “not guilty”. Eric Rogers, Sr. enters the plea in Outagamie County Court to charges of First Degree Intentional Homicide, Robbery with the Use of Force, and Auto Theft.
Rogers allegedly shot and killed Eric Hudson at a known drug house in Appleton before taking his car to Green Bay last November. No trial date has been set. Rogers faces life in prison if convicted.
