Former Town Chairman David Schowalter has filed the complaint with the Outagamie County District Attorney’s Office claiming the meeting notice for the May 2nd meeting where the board voted in closed session to fire March was not proper………..
Schowalter is asking for a court injunction to put on hold the Town Board’s decision until a court ruling can be made in this case……………..
Schowalter filed his complaint with the Outagamie County District Attorney on Monday, May 8th.
