Beaver Dam man killed in two car crash

TOWNSHIP OF CALAMUS, WI — The Dodge County Sheriffs Office releases details on a fatal accident Tuesday in the Township of Calamus. Investigators say an 83-year-old man and and 82 year-old woman from Beaver Dam were riding in a car that was southbound on U.S. 151. As that vehicle pulled away from a stop sign, another vehicle driven by a 57 year-old woman from Crivitz along with a 54 year-old man as a passenger collided with the other car. The Beaver Dam driver had to be extricated from his vehicle and airlifted to U-W hospital, where he later died. The Beaver Dam woman, the driver and passenger from Crivitz were taken to Marshfield Medical Clinic and treated for non-life threatening injuries.  None of those involved in the crash have been identified.
