Green Bay pools face lifeguard shortage

GREEN BAY, WI –Green Bay’s three municipal pool are set to open this coming Saturday, June 10. However, the Parks and Recreation Department still faces a shortage of life guards to staff the pools. The department says there are currently seven life guard positions currently open to applicants who are 15-years-old and older. Parks and Recreation officials say the pools will open based on adequate staffing.
