OSHA investigates construction death at Lambeau Field

GREEN BAY, WI — The Occupational Safety and Health Administration is now investigating a construction accident at Lambeau Field that left a carpenter dead. He had to be extricated from a construction site at the stadium last Thursday. Our media partner Action 2 News now identifies that worker as 27-year-old Joshua Shaw of Clintonville. He died from his injuries over the weekend. Action 2 News reports Shaw’s family donated his organs this morning. Shaw was an employee of Mavid Construction–a sub-contractor on the project at Lambeau. No details of what happened in that construction accident have been released yet. The OSHA investigation could take up to six months.
