FOND DU LAC, Wis.– A 14-year old boy is ordered to stand trial in a Fond du Lac murder case. A judge finds there is enough evidence to try Parise Larry on charges of Being Party to First Degree Intentional Homicide, Attempted First Degree Intentional Homicide, Reckless Injury and Reckless Endangerment.
Larry and Antonio Johnston are accused of opening fire at Maplewood Commons apartment complex back in May, killing Tatyanna Zech. Johnston is still at large. No trial date for Larry has been set.
