According to the criminal complaint, authorities found a number of drugs inside a North Richmond Street home while investigating a complaint alleging Ron Wolff was living in the town of Nichols while serving on the Grand Chute Town Board. Herbert Wolff allegedly told investigators that the drugs were his and part of a “stash” he claimed was for personal use.
The address is the one that Ron Wolff listed as his residence in Grand Chute on election filings.
Ron Wolff was charged earlier this month with Having Private Interest in a Public Contract in connection with a separate incident in which he allegedly used his position to get a town contract for a company he owns.
Both of the Wolff’s will make initial court appearances next month.
