NEENAH, Wis. — Bergstrom Automotive is expanding.
The Neenah-based company announces it has reached an agreement to acquire Broadway Automotive. Details on the agreement were not released.
Broadway has dealerships in Green Bay, Ashwaubenon and Manitowoc.
The transition is expected to begin in the next few weeks.
