GREEN BAY, Wis–The Brown County Sheriff’s Office releases security video of an attempted ATM theft in Howard.
One suspect was arrested after a different vehicle captured on video was spotted by deputies shortly after the robbery attempt. Investigators believe the ATM robbers are part of a national gang.
