OSHKOSH, Wis. — An Oshkosh woman is accused of stealing from a youth sports organization.
Randi Burris is charged in Winnebago County Court with one count of Theft in a Business Setting.
According to the criminal complaint, Burris used more than $60,000 from the Oshkosh Youth Hockey Association for personal expenses while serving as the group’s treasurer for six years. Earlier this year, OYHS had posted on social media that it had been the victim of embezzlement and was looking for donations to recoup that money.
Burris faces up to 10 years in prison if convicted.
