APPLETON, Wis–An Appleton woman will spend 23-years in prison for her role in the murder of a Kaukauna man. Tanya Stammer is also sentenced in Outagamie County Court to 20-years on extended supervision for Being Party to Second Degree Intentional Homicide.
Stammer and Dontae Payne were accused of shooting Brian Porsche to death in a West Division Street home during a drug robbery back in March of 2021. Payne is scheduled to stand trial next July.
