KIEL, WI — Kiel Police are searching for the parents or guardian of a young girl recently found alone. The department is making a plea for public assistance via its Facebook Page. Few details are being released about how and where the child was found. She’s white with brown hair and blue eyes. Anyone with information is asked to contact Kiel Police at (920) 894-2211.
